Mexico

The high school girls finally went on a girls trip! In February 2024, we had a powerpoint night, where we all pitched our ideas for a vacation. The options were New Orleans, Italy, Mexico, Vegas, and California… and the winner was Mexico! Danielle researched the Iberostar resort that we stayed at and had an amazing time!

Our total stay was from October 1st-October 6th 2024 at Iberostar Paraiso Lindo in Riviera Maya. We met a lot of nice people and had some great pool volleyball tournaments! We also met a set of twins, super kind, who just graduated with degrees in photography and videography. We enjoyed dinner each night, even though Erin didn’t love the hibachi restaurant we went to… she’s a chicken fingers type of girl.

Carm, Erin and I shared a room… and when we got home from the trip we found out that Carm had Covid! She was super sick during the trip but still made the most of it and had a ton of fun.
